Review Common thief

He ran off with my money and stole some of my tools. He was contracted to repair a garage door. After he started the job and did not finish he tried to charge me an additional R20k. I found another contractor and got a brand new door plus installation for R8k. Really shocking how unethical. I have numerous message from him promising to return my tools and still nothing.
