Review Service level

Its a shame when certain individuals pull down the name and image of such a well built company ,the gentlemen i have uploaded below is really pathetic in terms of his conduct ,the company pays him to fufil his duties 100% everyday, but i am afraid he is one of those lazy ones that wants it easy , kindly advice him to always be proffesional and have love for his work bcause he certainly doesnt,i am being diplomatic ,his conduct leaves a lot to be desired .the incident happened at terenure villas complex 11.50 am
