Review Uif claim

I was told that I would be contacted within 20 days after my application was recieved. It has been much longer and still it just shows "Sent to Assessor" and no one at the department answers the phone, as I have been phoning constantly for some time and written emails which no one answers. The government assistance doesn't exist! what do these people get paid for? No wonder they have such a bad reputation! I wonder if Cyril Ramaposha would accept this???
