Review Bad service

Firstly when i get to the counter the cashier is not wearing a mask to cover her mouth and nose. When I order she is busy talking to her colleagues about the test there were writing. Lastly the worse part i ask how much long will my order take she says 15 minutes i ask why cause it's not full she says to her colleagues OMG I dont havr time to answer this question. This is is the second time they give such bad service. The till slip says the cashiers name is Tendai Ndou however she didn't have a name badge. Can i have feedback on this.
