Very Very Shit!!!!
Spent near 1 hour holding on for settlement amount, got seriously fucked around by being asked to enter my ID and then get asked AGAIN for it by a numbscull "consultant" who then puts the phone down in my ear The fucking insolence on top of that to offer me ANOTHER loan....
