Bad service
I'm a customer of gold circle racing for 20yrs at Mowbray Capetown branch .since Betway has taken over the establishment the service is at its lowest in years. They don't take care of us punters complaints this leads to constant disputes with the staff and sometimes becomes confrontational and personal. They on a day have one staff member servicing us horse racing punters at the tote side and queues pile up before a race and we can't get in our bets you and me losing out. This same teller has to service the number punters too. That area was set out for horse racing as per management which is also not visible there no one is in charge to speak to on site .Then the other issue is the DSTV the package has been down graded we don't get to see all the racing .How can we take a bet if we don't get to see the racing advertise on the sheets you put up.The last is free WiFi we enjoyed by gold circle racing .This was also taken away all the other tab outlets have that facility.The DSTV package is not suitable due to when the local venues is running the same time with an international Centre they don't change to our local centres commentary even on the day of the Queen's plate a feature race.please we 20+ plus punters are up in arms for months now
