Slow customer service. And if email provided it would help calls are expensive
I called Parmalat 2 weeks ago and to make more than one call because I was given more than 1 number to call. The cheese which has mould on before the expiry date was collected the next week 13 January 2021 I'm still waiting on feedback and I need my cheese. I spent the extra on calls which made me loose even more and pushes up the amount spent on that cheeae
