Review Bright Roof poor service

We paid Bright Roof in June 2020
to fix three leaks in our roof. Two major leaks and one minor.

5 months later and they still have not fixed the major leak in my entrance area.

They only communicate occasionally and are no longer taking calls, responding to emails or whatsups.

I am not sure whether this company will honour their 2 year warranty.
