Account mess up
Not one person can sort out my account, been told to go to Vodaworld to see if they can help, but from the reviews looks like this is not the answer.
email after email, phone call after phone call, 1001 tweets, 1001 Facebook mentions, all with the same comment : we here to help you
we so sorry to hear about your problem bla, bla, bla,. You send them all the details then NOTHING GETS DONE.
Get told by a shop assistant my daughter who has her own account with Vodacom since 1995, does not have an account, she must apply for one. And her contract number is supposed to be on my account. And she has not been paying her account, but lying to me every month as I pay her account- He went as far as to write this down- defamation of character. So if Vodacom do not have her account, but she is sent a statement and invoice every month , which is paid via debit order from her bank account- is this FRAUD. Has someone at Vodacom added her to my account, and then claims money from her every month from the account they say does not exist. When I show my 10 year old grandson all the correspondence he can tell me how to fix it ???????????
