Review No resolution to issue raised

So I purchased a uvc light from the online retailer, Sell-SA. the supplier is Wonderful Deals. Purchased end of July 2020. Received the the product in good time, and have used it, but had a query with the quality. Sell-SA responded very quickly and referred me to Wonderful Deals. Wonderful deals never responded, and still have no answer to the problem from Sell-SA or Wonderful Deals!!!???? It is pathetic, as the person, Naniki, responded immediately.However, no further correspondence since 31 Jul 20. :(
