Reading all the reviews I am not at all surprised at the appalling service received so far from Action Ford. Everyone is right - it should be called NO Action Ford.
I bought my car from Action Ford Krugersdorp only to discover the roof was leaking where the roof racks are placed.
I booked my car in for a FULL major service on 11 October on to be told they don't have the oil in stock...seriously?
My car returned to NO Action Ford on 15 October...I still do not have my car bac****
To put the cherry on the cake - please do not expect their phones to be answered! You need to call anything between 3-5 times before someone answers the phone!
This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced!!!
