Question for Chery

I'm driving a Chery Tiggo 2.0lt XLE but driving with four nuts on my left front wheel because Chery spare parts don't seply Princess Crossing with spare ordered, and I've got no alarm because of the spare part department, they don't supply the parts. What went wrong with the customer care?
