Question for Nike South Africa Head Office, Contact Details

I've bought a Nike air Max sequent 4 and have only used it for about 5 times and the air thingy at the back of the shoe is gone flat.tried to call Nike but was a waste of time.can someone please help and tell me how to resolve my problem as the warranty for the shoe is also finished
