Question for GENEdiagnostics

Hi... We had paternity tests done in mid September 2017 and the results came back excluded on the mark of 9/15. This does not explain or show the probability of the father to child in %. I called and asked to get assistance with the results but lady at reception could not transfer me to anyone neither to the doctor who did the tests.
