I want to buy a vehicle that is sill registered in Bankfin Germiston's name. I cannot trace the current owner. The papers of the vehicle is also with Bankfin Germiston. Licence Number BCP373GP, VEHICLE REGISTER NUMBER BLN438L. What can I do to register the vehicle in my name.
