Question for First National Bank:Kolonnade Shopping Centre Zambezi Dve Montana Park

Good day. I opened an account with FNB in zambezi drive last week Tuesday and I'm still waiting for confirmation for collecting my new card. I have not jet received an conformation sms to come and collect it. Can you please let me know what's happening regarding my new card please. Collection at kollonade branch as the one in zambezi drive is under new renovation.
