Question for ADT Head Office Midrand, Contact Details, Complaints

Good day i would just like to know if a client does not answer their phone when you call because the alarm went off they merely call 1x goes out to the premises sees everything looks "ok" and just leaves without conducting proper investigation or contacting the police for assistance. Isn't that what the security officer is supposed to do?? God only knows of the owner is being held up or dead inside the premises
