Question for TRAVEL WITH FLAIR

Good day, may you kindly assist me with information if i want to apply for a job in the United Kingdom and i was worked there and overstayed but came back home 8 years ago and i want to go work there again for at least another 5 years or any other country where i can be allowed to work for 5 years.
