Question for Department Of Labour

Good day, we have been up and down applying for for a UIF with my fiance who is on maternity leave.. were told she needs to come and sign for the last time with a birth certificate of the baby then money will be deposited within 7 working days but it already 4 months without paid, what shall we do?
