RLabs (Reconstructed Living Lab) is an international organization and certified social enterprise driven to create positive social transformation through ICT solutions. Under the leadership of Marlon Parker, the organization was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. RLabs carries out a variety of activities, such as skills and training, community building, social and disruptive innovation, mobile and internet solutions, social enterprise incubation, impact investing, and social franchising, across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa.
