Mindful Mothering provides Weekly Support Group and Baby Development Classes, in conjunction with personal coaching and personal support sounding the journey of motherhood and babies needs.
Our classes encompass an educational period, time for free play, questions and answers, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits. Some of the topics covered are milestones and their importance (rolling, sitting, crawling)... education on sleep, weaning etc. As well as nutrition and how to make first foods, finger foods and Baby Led Weaning. We will also cover Pegasus remedy box, heuristic play, the importance of free play, floor time etc. Loads of support for new Mommies, with Breastfeeding and following babys lead.
