I've paid for 2 weeks lessons..No tutor..until I informed Tutoroo via numerous emails ..I paid on 25th May..I've asked numerous times about my refund..The level of service from management, whoever that is ,is shocking and unprofessional. I get an automated response via email..I've emailed back and forth and still no Refund of R900.
