At Matters of the Mind we focus helping you to heal your mind, your body and your spirit. We do this through Hypnotherapy, NLP and TimeLine. All three of these modalities can be combined to assist you overcome any limiting beliefs which hold us back. We also offer a combination of deep tissue massage with Chinese Tui Na for stress release and acupuncture and moxibustion to clear any meridian blockage in the body. For the mind we offer guided visualization and mindful meditations.
