Pizza Hut Farrarmere - Benoni

We ordered pizza online on 12 March 2020 to collect from your Farramere Branch in Benoni. Order number ********. The order was submitted successfully and we were advised to collect it in 15 minutes but when we arrived, the staff had no record of the order and were unfriendly and unapologetic about the inconvenience. Tried to complain to a manager and none was on duty. The previous week ordering telephonically from this store we did receive our pizza but the store was chaotic and badly run. We ended up leaving with no pizza. In these tough economic times and with so much competition in available pizza outlets - service is the differentiator and this staff just seem don't care.
