Samsung NAC - Johannesburg

NAC was founded in 1997 by an electronics pabx engineer who had worked in the office automation industry for many years prior to the inception of the company.

He started by approaching a few smaller dealers and within a small time frame the growth enabled him to approach larger and more prominent firms such as Samsung, Comlink and Communications S.A who agreed to use his technical skills to enhance their business. he was offered many employment opportunities as a result of this but he chose to remain independent and grow the firm. it was only later when Samsung offered him a dealership, did his vision of becoming a market leader materialise, thus NAC was born.

Today NAC can be proud of having won so many nominations and awards such as: “supplier of the year”, “technical excellence awards”, “platinum awards” etc. this year NAC are even more delighted and humbled to have received a Top500 companies award by being in the top 5 in the office automation category.

We owe much of our success to having a customer centric and service driven focus as well as having a dedicated and skilled workforce that are trained regularly to keep up with the new technological trends. we will continue to strive for excellent customer service coupled with unparalleled work ethics both with our clients and our staff.

The business started with a mere 5 technicians with the vision of having a mutliskilled technical department that could deliver excellent customer service and sales while maintaining a strong technical skill set. at the first dealer conference NAC was overwhelmed by the level of competition and this drove the vision further to someday become a market leader.
