Customer Services
Axxess had for a long time an excellent customer service. Since approx. 2 years it has deteriorated substantially and reached almost the service level of Telkom. If one has a chance to speak to a customer agent he/she is either not competent or unreliable. Even the Sales organisation is neither reachable nor responding. Sad to see a once great company failing so miserably.

Shocking Service
I have been paying over R600 a month for a fibre internet service that is so slow that I often am unable to use. Your helpdesk, in an email apologised for the service but did nothing about it. TERRIBLE SERVICE
I can never get through to the call center i grinds my teeth , its disgusting to provide such service
When speaking to the workers of AXXESS they get a attitude , they dont solve issues they get stroppy.
