My Chocolate cake was voted 1 of the 10 best in South Africa in 2014, in the Sunday Times/Woolworths/Sandton City best chocolate cake in South Africa competition, held in Johannesburg, South Africa. I only use the best products to produce my cakes eg the buttercream is REAL butter, not marge. I also cater for clients following the Banting lifestyle. I am not a cake decorator, but a baker, hence my cakes are mostly frosted in buttercream.
I also bake Lemon Meringue Pies, Peanut Butter Ganache Tarts, as well as catering savoury platters.
I provide muffin baskets to Estate Agents and Attorneys for gifting their clients and for Birthday gifts.
I provide a service for Ex-Pats with family in Knysna, Sedgefield or Plettenberg Bay, which includes baking a cake and purchasing a gift and delivery to the address supplied, along with a printed out personal message from the Ex-Pat.
