order of 600°C to 950°C. Thus, a considerable amount of heat energy, which may vary between 35 to 42% of the heat input to the furnace, goes to the atmosphere as a total loss.

FURNACE PUSHER:- It is screw type of rod which connect with gearbox for push billet ,slabs,scrap etc. into reheating furnace for reheat the raw material.

FURNACE EJECTOR:- It is mechanical type of machine which connect with gearbox for eject the raw material from furnace after reheat with proper temperature.

CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS :- We manufacture different types of blowers according to customer requirement. FD,ID Blowers etc.

AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DEVICE:- The present air in atmosphere mainly consists of gases like O2 and N2 along with other gases in small proportions. During the manufacturing process pollutants are generated in the form of solid particles, liquid droplets or gases. The volume of pollutants after discharging from production unit, mix with the air and increase their heavy presence in the atmosphere than legally required, is termed as air pollution. A substance in the polluted air can cause harm to human beings and environment.

MILL STAND:- It is used for reduce the size of raw material.

PINION STANDS:- A Pinion Stand Gearbox is used to reduce an input speed to a slower output speed. It is a wheel work consisting of a connected set of rotating gears by which force is transmitted or motion or torque is changed. These Gearbox Are Designed In Both 2Hi & 3Hi Models.
