We do installations of servers to create the ideal network within your organisation over and above providing any required support for the company or an individual.
We offer Service Level Agreements or are quite happy to assist whenever an organisation/individual requires help.
A general Service Level Agreement that we offer would entail the following:
1. Maintain and Support of a company Server:
1.1. This includes the cleaning out of log files, temporary files and the network
1.2. Maintenance of the exchange mail boxes, sql database as well as the internal websites i.e. Company Web and Outlook Anywhere.
1.3. Monitoring and verifying daily back-ups.
2. Maintenance and Support of the Wi-fi:
2.1. Ensuring the speed and quality of wireless network.
3. Maintenance and Support of Firewall:
3.1. This includes the monitoring and clearing of logs and old files from the Spam Filter, Virus Filter and Malware Software.
4. Maintenance of Structured Cabling.
5. Maintain and Support:
5.1. Desktops and Laptops
5.1.1. Ensuring anti-virus is up to date.
5.1.2. General maintenance of connectivity, performance and set-up.
5.2. Tablets and Mobile Phones
5.3. Printers
We make sure that:
1. All tablets, mobile phones and laptops are able to work remotely in real time.
2. A facilitation process occurs when repairs are required for damaged and/or broken desktops, tablets and printers, whether they are in or out of warranty.
6. Telephonic, remote and after-hour support:
6.1. This is available 24/7/365 which is made possible with utilising programmes such as TeamViewer.
7. Manage and Maintain a company's domain.
7.1. This requires a once a year renewal.
Over and above this, ITfx is also available to the individual who needs assistance in ensuring that their IT is running effectively within a home. We do sales of IT Consumables, so whatever you may want, we will ensure you get at the best possible prices.
