The drivers from bara to mall of the south are really rude. We sit for too long t bara waiting for the taxi to get full and when there is only 4 people left to fill up the taxi then they add the Glen people. Then we supposed to start dropping them off, more over the drivers get inside the mall to the other side, he doesn't ask nor say that he needs to get that side to write his name down. I had a horrible experience today,around 14h00, I took a taxi from Baragwanath taxi rank to Dobsonville(Freeway),the driver did not care about observing the rules of the road, running through red robots at extremely high speed and recklessly overtaking, when we tried to plead with him to please drive safely, he hailed insults at us, Ifebe, siyamnyela, msonokanyoko, I had enough after he nearly hit a car in front of us, and he shouted insults even when I was getting off saying we complain because it's not a quantum, I must wait and a quantum will come. The registration is HHM 745 GP

I am deeply hurt by what happened to me today when I was coming to work this afternoon, I asked for 14th Avenue from the driver. He did not respond, he just kept quiet. I asked again before Gordon but he was silent. When we got off I told him that he should have told me that he won't take me to 14th avenue. He got off the taxi and wanted to hit me and other passengers went out of the taxi to stop him from doing that. Its even worse that I am a young woman but he was not even ashamed to want to hit me in public. He said I must run to the association and see if they are going to help me because the association is not going to do anything for me. Please help me.
