Bad service at greenstone
The ladies at greenstone mall are always busy with their phones and taking pictures, more than 3 times I have been to that store and it's exactly the same thing, they only pay attention to white customers, blacks have to follow then around to get service. 2 times I have noticed that if the client is white they follow them around the shop and help with everything instore

Worse service st Southgate Lovisa
I was shocked today when I got home and found my jewelry thrown into a packet without a wrapping. This is 1st time I feel like taking my goods back. This lady took no notice of the customers she was just busy with her cellphone. ???? DISSATISFACTION

Ridiculous service I’ve ever received
Today I walked into the store At Westville pavilion to purchase earrings and a watch while there no ones greets you . Let alone offer you assistant anyway I picked my 5 earrings as I was waiting to pay the light flickers and goes off just an hour before load shedding so I’m standing in the store waiting to pay and the two consultants there don’t say anything ignore me as a customer like I don’t exist then I greet ask the lady if it possible to pay while the light is off she tells me if it cash it ok I pull out my wallet as I’m about to pay light comes back on . The second lady walk to her and shows her something on the phone and they have their conversation while I’m standing there I then ask them to assist me because I’m waiting to pay the second lady responds with so much attitude telling me the customer that I need to wait for the system anyway. The level of rudeness with no courtsey to tell me they waiting for the system I had to ask for attention. If that store closes Down I wouldn’t be surprised with the level of customer service you receive . I took my money from the counter and walked out .

Bad service
The ladies working at lovisa Rustenburg waterfall mall are very rude and condescending. They treat white customers better than blacks. They pry into why are you buying the item you are buying and God forbid you ask them about stuff that's on sale or not. They are very rude I only go there if I have to and yesterday was that day. Service is getting worse. I even left the things I bought after spending so much time settling for them because I will not leave my money where I'm not respected..I'm sorry. Will go there once you find better staff. Thanks

Rude and unhelpful sales ladies
I have had 3 bad experiences at Lovisa Greenstone, the sales girls only greet non black shoppers, i have witnessed this 3 times. They then showed the customer the specials and gave them a bag to put their accessories in.When i asked for them to reach something from the shelf she pretended like she didn't hear me then was soo "helpful" to get the earring i asked for. When it came to paying time she didn't know how to exit the screen and just said the card is not working, didn't ask for help, almost wanted to lose a sale just because she couldn't ask for help. she was extremely rude and unfriendly. i have spent so much of money at Lovisa you would think for their prices they would atleast treat customers with respect. But they don't. i will not bother going back.

Disgusting Service
went to Lovisa in Ballito Junction this past Saturday (6 July 2019), and the treatment I got from one of the ladies was disgusting. I went in with my son as I needed a necklace, I then noticed there was I sale on other products then thought I spoil myself abit on other products too. While I was looking at the rings one of the ladies told my son not to touch the rings in a very rude way. Then she made a comment to her colleague about how we are touching things she had already packed. She then said she doesn’t know why other people are in the shop because she has put everything in place and we messing things up for her. I then made a comment to her colleague( Zethu) asking if that’s how they speak about customers. Zethu then commented that she was speaking with her not me. I then asked the girl directly why is was saying all those things she told me that it’s none of my business as she was speaking to Zethu. I told her that I kept quiet when she reprimanded my son but now she is getting out of hand as she was shouting and very rude. I told her I’m going to report her she didn’t seem bothered but kept in being rude. I ended up not purchasing anything because I was shocked by how this lady treats customers. She shouldn’t work in customer service or she needs proper training. I’m still in shock and very disappointed !!!!

bad attitude and bad service
I own a store at the Nicolway center and there is one lady who gives me the creeps she just stands there ,doesn't help out , or even greet , just the other day I saw her take a small Lovisa bag to that candle shop , I don't even know if it was paid for, when you want help on retail you literally have to beg her to come to the front if the two more mature ladies are busy assisting other clients she just stands there and make us as clients feel awkward to go shopping in there . please address this because my clients love your jewelry but I no longer advise them to go to your store when the young lady is there . I think she said her name is Vanessa when I asked her the last time.

No Manners
I visited your shop at Northgate with a friend on Tuesday 3 October at about 4.45pm. My friend was visiting from Zimbabwe and she wanted a charm bracelet for her daughter. She found exactly what she was looking for and was very happy. We paid for the bracelet, it was placed in a packet for us and then ...... well then, the shop attendant literally left us standing there ..... she didn't thank us for coming, she literally turned her back on us and went into the back room, where her and her friend (or another assistant; I'm not sure), carried on eating. We were absolutely flabbergasted! She didn't even pass us the packet - we had to reach over and take it. The shop was in essence left empty, with us just standing there in amazement. I will never go into this particular store again, which is a pity as it is my closest Lovisa store. This shop assistant needs some training and needs to learn some manners. So disappointed.

With the management that the Lovisa staff work under especially the Country Manager, Zoe, it is a given that the staff will be as rude and as under trained as they are. She treats them badly, she is rude and is racist towards them. Lovisa does not and will never keep staff for long enough to train them properly as long as Zoe is employed by this company. I feel sorry for the staff and unfortunately because they are so unhappy at work and treated so badly they tend to take it out on the customer.
