Poor Customer service
I am very disappointed by the kind of service I received from a manager at uMzimkhulu branch. A month ago I walked in shopping for a wardrobe of which sales lady Ntanzi assisted me in between our conversation with Ntanzi, your "so called" manageress takes over the sale & says the wardrobe being sold to me is merely not for me nor is it in my league & showed me something else then pressure sold to me despite me telling her I'm in a hurry. However the sale went the problem transpired the following week when I had come to make a second payment since had done a laybye then another sales lady Miss Mbhele comes up to me stating I change what was sold to me she has something much better and the laybye process can be changed to installment terms she as well pressure sold to me eventually got irritated by the desperation of these ladies. I was never even given an option to rethink my decision & one could tell that they were hungry for commission of the sale because I was even told as soon as the delivery vechile arrives my furniture would be delivered right away. When I got home I realised I dnt need all of this pressure decided I want to revert back to the initial sale of the wardrobe I wanted which seemed problematic to them I was told to wait a week for that process but instead waited 2 full weeks with no feedback. I then decided to cancel the entire deal and get my R4000 refunded to me Yoh the manager was rude, matches wits with me being a customer insisted I sign on a blank refund form adviced that has never happened the form needs to be filled in first then she said but the customer does not fill out the form aybo she went on & on. She clearly needs to undergo proper customer service training where she would be taught how to handle a query and treat the customer with respect.
