i had a tv plasma unit delivered to my home, which looked like it was used, i had paid the delivery guy cash. there was no invoice, however i made him sign and acknowledge receipt of cash. upon close inspection later that evening, the unit back board was split all the way from top to bottom. the legs were cracked and glued backed which was quite noticeable. the owner, and elderly Indian man, refused to collect the goods and refund the money back. he did not answer hi telephone all morning and was very rude. we took the unit back to the store and he said he could not give us cash and can return the money back into the debit card. No monies have been returned after a week, he refuses to answer calls or he is never there, but when you get to the store he is present.
