Really terrible service. The owner is rude during a sensitive time. He does not hesitate to behave terribly with the family of the deceased. It was a true nightmare dealing with them. Please do not put your family through the horror of dealing with these people. They have zero empathy or sympathy for the family. After being horrible to the family at the office, they then turned up very late at the family home with the deceased and thereafter raced to the cemetery almost colliding the family vehicle with a truck on the way with the children of the deceased traumatised inside the car. Never make the mistake we unknowingly did.
