Wynland Enjinherbouers - Worcester

I'm the second customer that received horrible service from Wynland. First of all we sent an engine in to get the block replaced and the parts build over, then Alex decides to recon the complete engine WITHOUT any notice and we need to pay for it. Secondly the arrangement directly with Alex and our self is that when the engine is fitted back into the vehicle that we would take the vehicle to him for inspection, he then collects the vehicle without our knowledge or consent (which is stealing) to notify us a couple of days later that we may collect it from him and everything is perfect now. He phones us hours later to inform us that after a second test drive that he noticed a diesel leak. A few days later we go to collect, BUT our vehicle isn't there, the excuse is that he's driver is testing it AGAIN, we waited and upon arrival OUR BAKKIE IS LOADED WITH HIS EQUIPMENT on the back which includes a freshly removed top and extension cords with drills and bits. He's explanation is that they test the bakkie every day to ensure no issues when customers collect......BS!!!!! He's using his customers vehicles to do jobs for him. I would STRONGLY avoid him if possible!!!! (As mentioned earlier, I'm the 2nd customer I know of, the other customer waited 13 months to get is car back which broke down again 200km from collection) Further steps are being follwed
