My issue is slightly off the topic, I am concerned about how the company treats its employees. on the 30/04/14 employees at LDF blendcor island view durban were allowed to work until late and were released at around 22:00 to go home as there was no work available for them on that day, a company should ensure that its employees are well cared for , how can a company allow women to go home at this time of the night with out supplying the company transport that will ensure they arrive home safely, going forward I will appreciate to know what propelled this and how this is going to be prevented.
