Reviews of Standard Bank - Cavendish Square - Cape Town

I went to do something so simple that took only 5min but ended up waiting a full 2 hours. The staff where nice but i think they are understaffed and so the customer have to pay the price of spending thier valuable and irreplaceble time, waiting for their name to be called out. I would give it zero stars if i could.

I went to fetch my new credit card and found myself waiting with other clients coming to see consultants. All I wanted was to pick up my card and instead they wasted my time and money. Customer service ersomel don't need to be geniuses to issue one with a card once and all you really need is to check an ID go to the cabinet where new cards are stored and issue it. Why complicate things and have a whole bank full of people.
