Reviews of Doppio Zero (Head Office) - Johannesburg

Went to Doppio in Pineslopes for lunch today with my family and had a terrible experience. First of all asked the waiter if there was ravioli which he then provided the menu for. My daughter ordered and the waiter returned to tell her that there was no stock. Then we all ordered Lasagna and the waiter returned to tell us that there was no Lasagna. He also called a manager who told us that the lasgana was too fresh and it would only be available tomorrow ??? We then had to make other choices and my wife ordered a wrap and it came to the table cold and the waiter told us that is how it is served. The waiter spilled the cheese over the table did not clean it up and we ordered 3 glasses of water twice and only received one. Overall the experience was unpleasant and the service was extremely poor which really did spoil lunch for us. I trust you will look into this matter and deal with it in the appropriate manner so that other customers do not have to experience this kind of service.
