I instituted divorce against my wife, she then defended the matter. in her counterclaim she wants the forfeiture of the house in Gautengsince she is staying with the child with her family. we have another house in Queenstown which I am using. she wants division of the joint estate, including my house.
My question is, is this allowed by the law. if she wants to keep the house in Gauteng, I also want to keep the house in Queenstown. she does not want to enter into a settlement agreement with me.
