Waiting a few weeks now for a refund of a credit amount on my file. I still don't know what she is going to deduct from that credit amount. That after I've asked to close the file more than once. I need to follow up on this. She has excuses all the time and promise the refund soon, but explains that she is very busy and that the amount she owes me are very small. So what, it's my money, refund it!
