Ebony Park / Kaalfontein Clinic - Midrand

I am very humiliated with what happened to me today at Ebony park clinic..there was a lady who was behind me in the que..i saw her being given a pen through a window by a male receptionist then the receptionist wrote her a doctors file when i ask what was happening the lady and the receptionist answered me in a rude manner then he called her to other side i followed them with some other patients who too noticed what was happening when we tried to talk to the receptionist two security guards started shouting at us and one of the security guards manhandled me in a very humiliating way and hurt my back..im writing this review with a sore heart and a painful back.

Today y I went to Ebony park fr a 3 days checkup of my child ,I arrived At 8:04 the nurse told me DAT she's already done. I must join. Da queue adawise if she attend me she won't finish we waited on the queue until 10 DT wen she started attending da 1 st lady she took 3 patients dn n hour break . she attended me at 14:00 pm which is not gud fr a 3 day child to b kept waiting fr Dis long wen she was checking my bby she didn't even bother to touch him n see if everything is k she told me to undress hm,put him on da scale cn to dress him after DT she wrote a note stating my baby is k which I dnt know how does she know DT. I went out Dan I realised DT my bbys etlye got a yellowish tear cz the was only 1 lady left I xked her if I cn get to the nurse n xked something
She agrees. I xked her about an eye of my bby she first starred at me in an awkward way Dan he xked me wt is DAT yellowish thingI said I dnt know. Dan she keep on starring at me like I'm nothing. I xked if it is gonna b k or wt. She said jah BT if it doesn't u WL come back in a rude manner. At first she took long 2ndly she doesn't do her job Right last she treat patients badly. I'm even afraid to go back there frthe 6 weeks because of her treatment
