Great doctor! Awesome personality, sense of humour and it's obvious that she adores her patients. Just a pity the secretary is such a rude lady that makes it sound like everything is too much trouble, and talks down to the Doctor's patients.

Hi Chenae, I couldn't agree more! I unfortunately needed medical advise after my first consultation and Zelda was incredibly rude and unhelpful! It comes off that Dr Backer is not interested in helping me, but I'm sure it's actually that Zelda hasn't even bothered to pass on any information. This is a pity because Dr Backer is a great doctor, but how can I be with a doctor whose secretary gets in the way of my medical care? Feeling so frustrated!
