Takes months to install the BIC and Kitchen (June 2021 - September 2021)
Keeps staying they have bigger projects that need their attention and that we have a cheap kitchen and BIC so out R100k is clearly not good enough to do a proper job.
The “manager/owner” doesn’t bother to oversee the work his staff does, and when he does show up sticks from alchohol.
Uses cheap materials in the fabrication process, then blame the suppliers of the materials.
Don’t finish off anything they install, and on 2 occasions came back to do “patch” work which you can see was done afterwards.
Use different products vs what was quoted to be installed
Where suppose to use soft close hinges on the doors only some doors have them, others don’t.
They have stated 3 times they will comeback to finish of the work last time they were suppose to be here on 10 January 2022
