Very poor service
I am very disappointed in the afterwards service from Defy. You sell a good product but , your service? Must amongst the worst. How can a client be expected to listen to very poor taste of music for over 5 minutes and my call still not taken? I am trying to order a heater for my upright freezer bit you people do not answer your phones. Makes me regret no purchasing a Samsung instead of a defy product. Now sitting with a freezer not working because the suppliers refuse to take my calls.
