SA Scooters.....

I purchased a iGoCompact from your branch in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town and paid Cash. Firstly, it was arranged to have delivery yesterday, Monday at 11H00... by 16H00 still no delivery after I had changed my arrangements for the morning to wait for the 'Delivery'. Eventually I contacted the Cape Town branch to enquire why the 11H00 delivery had not delivered? That was 15H19 to be told their van was in a repair shop.... really??? So why did they contact me to deliver at 11H00. Long story short, the scooter was eventually delivered and set up here. I manually moved the scooter to another place in the same area only to notice at the top of the front next to the handles was damaged. I took a picture and sent it through Whatsapp. I received a reply this morning to say that "I drove it into a wall and damaged it"??? How the hell can it get damaged if the marks are on the top... and not the bottom and besides the basket in front would also have been damaged???? All I am asking is replacement of the front handles on a brand new scooter. This is a factory fault and not my fault!! SA Scooters Shop is a nightmare to deal with. So angry ???? ????
