This company is blatantly committing fraud - they do not deliver the products that you have ordered.
If you use this company, they will ruin your event\wedding day. I wish I could give them 0/5 starts it's so bad... Nothing about this company was worth more.

Firstly, everything we ordered was incorrect. The wedding arch did not fit into each other, so it was blowing around in the wind. When asked about this on the day of delivery (and within business hours), they told me to bend the top part, after I said I can't...ignored me. It was also broken. In the image below... You can clearly see that it cannot be "forced".
I ordered a large white bowl, and received a tiny vase in place. As it was the wrong size, it couldn't be used for what we needed it for.
I ordered 29 Tiffany chairs, and only half came with cushions. You cannot sit on the chairs without the cushions as there is Velcro at the bottom. the Velcro ruined many people's clothing when sat on. When contacting them, they could not be reached.

This is not something that should be acceptable. When asking for a refund the first time, it was ignored. The second time was ignored as well... So here we are. Service is garbage, products are garbage.

I did not need the stress you gave me on my wedding day. Potential customers be warned! Do not use these fraudsters for your event!
