Ordered 24 hot wings from Chicken Licken Ontdekkers. I received 14.Called The headless office to get assistance and I was given an invalid number, called them again and the lady at reception was so rude, I wonder how she got that job... She is pathetic and needs serious people relations skills.
To say I'm disgusted is an understatement.
I wish they was a way of selecting no star at all because you deserve none.

On the 27/09/2022 I bought wings party 16 at the Newgate/Bree branch, what I paid for I'm disgusted to the core and I only realized what I was given when I got home as I travel by taxi through Jozi and this was rush hour so needed too get home as we are in load shedding, one of the reasons I bought the food, what annoyed me was the lady calling out the numbers, she was so rude to the customers throwing their slips back at them if they mistake the number she calls out with her long broom eyelashes, Your staff are rude and needs to understand we don't get this food for free we pay for it with our hard earned money, still supporting our local businesses for them to keep their jobs but they treat us like crap and serve us crap, I was given a dry, no meat, no chips meal and I am not a happy chappie about this, You the big bosses of food chains needs to realize if things go bad in our country which it always does, who are the people who are without work first? You! Your staff but you treat paying customers like this, You need to send your staff for people skills training coz they need it, I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AT YOUR BREE/NEWGATE BRANCH OR ANY OTHER BRANCH FOR THAT MATTER AGAIN AND YOU MIGHT NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOW BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL LOOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS COZ ALREADY YOUR CHICKERN IS SALTY AND DRY, CHICKEN LICKEN HAS FALLEN AND DOES NOT MATTTER HOW YOU CHANGE YOUR IMAGE YOUR STAFF IS HORRIBLE IN ALL YOUR BRANCHES AND YOUR CHICKEN HAS BECOME TASTELESS AND SMALL FOR THE VALUE OF MONEY WE CONSUMERS PAY, TIMES ARE TOUGH DONT FORGET THAT

I was in Chicken Licken in Victoria street by under the bridge in Market, The cashier didnnot give me the tomatoes sauce and I thought if you buy 16 wings and chips it comes with sauce. She said i need to ho dawn on knee for sauce it does not come with it. Or she won’t give it to me. I waited and waited for that sauce anf and she gave me eventually but, i was very very upset with her fighting with me as a customer, just for sauce. I will send the receipt

Had a bad service at chicken licken maunde atteridgeville. Their lines doesn't work. When you order you get wrong orders. Alway find thier front house chewing gum and gives bad attitude

Chicken licken Jubileee mall hammanskraal serves old food and has bad customer service

We bought lunch meals at chicken licken jubilee mall in hammanskraal .They served us with old bread that had spider web things and a greenish color.the meat was also oily and old with black bones. When we went back the manager was so rude and refused to refund us he even called us Fools for not seeing the food before we left the restaurant, we ended up leaving all the food there because he was very insensitive and rude in front of customers even .I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the branches service more especially how the manager treated us ,he doesn't know how to work with people. His name is Hutton I was there today around 11am .

I am very angry, as a customer I requested 4 piece original chicken. They put 3 side breast with one thigh that looked liked that of a small chicken. I requested them to change it. They put soul fire. Mind you I don't eat chilli stuff I had a bite now am reacting to allergy. They didn't bother to apologize. This happened at Rustenburg mall in North West province, Rustenburg town.

yesterday I bought chicken licken at rustenbugy mall and I end up regretting, my wings was not well cooked the was blood inside so I return the food, 1st the manager didn't apologies Abt the food he just take it and change it when I come back for my food they put drink on my food by mistake, when I was busy eating that manager came to me telling me I have to pay for drink I refuse because he didn't solve my problem in a right way, after a minute the lady that put the drink on my food come to me crying telling me the manager blame her for the drink n she have to pay for it,, I was angry because if the manager helped me from the start that poor lady she wouldnt has done the mistake I was disappointed the way he treated the poor lady by trying to put blame on her is wrong and painfull, this thing of managers that use their power to treat the staff bad it must come to the end.

Disappointed at chicken licken soshanguve.i bought hot wings 12 and a slyder snack.only 2 wings were hot and fresh,the rest was something else.i was not happy at all.

I have purchased my meal from "Lyttelton, Centurion branch" yesterday and i must honestly say that their food was abserloute tasty, well prepared and well spiced- giving it that distinctive taste!
Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I'm disappointed and I might get high blood pressure of salt. Cosmo mall. It wasn't a fun experience at all I ordered the R 34 burger it's not what it looks like my order number was 2016. I still have pictures of the slip for proof.

I ordered 9 pieces from chicken licken booysens. I was shocked when i opened the box to find 5 small pieces and only 4 proper ones. They were so tiny and over fried. Iam so disappointed. I will never order chicken licken again.

Like seriously I don't know how you guys operate, I visited chicken licken Ferndale on Republic a few minutes ago. I called and placed my order and I was told it would take 10 mins and that they closing at 20:30. I got there at 20:25 only to find my order not read and not placed. When I got there the lady who took my order told me straight up that she didn't place it but told the guys in the kitchen to prepare it. They started arguing instead of cooking my order until I told them that to start cooking cause I was already getting pissed. They started preparing my order for like 40 minutes or so, I went to the counter again to enquire as I was sitting down and tired already. I was told it's not ready, like seriously. I'm never going there ever again, it was the last time I set my foot time there. That was a shitty service and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the place.

Today at about 13:02 I bought an 8 piece of wings and later around 20:15 when eating I realized that there was an ant or something in one of the piece. The meat was bought in Pietermaritzburg Woodburn.

I went there yesterday (24/07/2018) I ordered rock my soul 3 with no drum stick and I asked the lady twice not to put in a drumstick, when I got to work I opened the box only to be welcomed by a drumstick, I called and was told to come and collect another piece so this morning I went and was told no you cant have it as you never called and we cant help you and the manager gave me attitude while at it
