Gross Incompetence on sending sensitive documents to wrong recepient.
A shipment bound to Canada with both my wife and myself certified passport and other sensitive documents have been sent to another customer in Namibia. This gross incompetence not only costs time and money but leaves a real threat of identity theft!

Parcel hasn’t arrived it’s been 2 months

Im the receiver of the package it’s been over 2 months my package was supposed to Be delivered in Milnerton postnet which is in Cape Town and ended up in JHB. Armex delivered it. The sender says they repaid and still hasn’t arrived

Not paid my salary
Good day

I worked at SpringsMall for approximately 3 weeks 8n the beginning 9f April 2021 I left on a friday 16 April and I did resign with a letter to say that I can only work till the 15th. Now my question is they should have paid me my salary and sick leave but I'm still waiting for it. So what must I do cause I worked for it and they refuse to pay me

Unfair charge of a parcel
Postnet at Goldfields Mall in Welkom someone by the name of Nico wanted us to pay R510.00 for a parcel less than 2kg to Polokwane while their fee is R99.00. Does Postnet have this rate? If they do, since when?

I use Postnet that why I know this are not their charges.

Postnet krugersdorp
Postnet at krugersdorp have poor service and even if they have seen mistake they refuse to refund on services I paid and owner said it clear he wont refund and worse part manager saw the poor quality of print I was given and when she called head office,she was instructed how to do clear copies

pathetic service
Postnet N1 value city pathetic service. I don't understand how could they wrap a glass package with just 1 meter of bubble wrap and still package it in plastic when they very well know its a fragile package and should be wrapped in a box. no the package is damaged and no one wants to take accountability for it.

careless and bad service
I ordered a blender which was coming from Cape Town to Johannesburg Postnet at Fourways Crossing. Firstly I was never informed that my package had arrived. I then made calls from the cape town branch and they confirmed it had been delivered and signed off by Sandra at the Fourways store. when I call the Fourways branch firstly the couldn't even trace it with the waybill barcode I gave her ,and she kept on insisting that the barcode should b X amount of numbers, finally she uses the barcode I give and too and she managed to find the package. So I go pick up, only to find my package on the floor carelessly as if it had been dropped or thrown there. I get home and open my package only to find my blender is broken , the glass is broken , and now no one wants to help me out.

Poor Service delivery
I sent out a fragile package for next day delivery with Postnet Epsom Downs on 5 February 2021. The tracking notification said that the package would be delivered on Tuesday 9 February. it never reached as apparently they could not reach the recipient however the recipient did not recieve a call from the courier. 6 days later, on 15 February after me calling and insisting that the Epsom downs branch track and make enquiries, i got a call saying the package would be delivered on 16 February. On 16 February, i checked the tracking notification and it said " driver ran out of time,package removed from route". That was unacceptable! I then called Postnet Epsom Downs again and they made another call and said the package would be delivered on 17 Feb 2021, which it was HOWEVER the fragile goods had been damaged. it appears the package was kept in a high heat environment for the 2 weeks it was held by Postnet in Durban. After raising this as my disgruntled client wanted a refund in full plus courier fees, the manager at Postnet Epsom downs asked that i motivate why the goods are damaged. The lack of interest in ensuring good customer service is appalling. The staff appear to believe that they are doing us a favour/charity work and do not believe that they should even refund a client for clear negligence on their side. I will NEVER use postnet again for my business purposes. i do not believe that i will get a full refund for the financial loss i have incurred as a result of pathetic service from Postnet in Durban.

I completely understand your frustration. We sent a package from Postnet Bluff in Durban to Potchefstroom. The package contained essential items which were /are urgently needed by a family member in Potchefstroom.

After promising to deliver within 2 to 4 working days, it's been almost 3 weeks and the package has still not been delivered! Equally awful is the lack of accountability we are facing from Postnet employees in Durban. I am APPALLED by this awful service. I cannot find an adjective strong enough to describe my disgust at their atrocious service and nonchalant attitude towards a customer. Rotten service!

Postnet Cape Gate- no service and misleading advertising.
Postnet Cape Gate in my experience is the worst Postnet I ever had to deal with. Their advert on their facebook page does not reflect what happens in the store. PostNet Cape Gate offer friendly, personalised service to all, business or individual, no job is too big or too small !
I arrived this morning to enquire about a parcel i'm expecting and after giving them the tracking number was told that the parcel was not on the system. When I showed them the waybill they came back and told me that it was in fact in the shop and they were busy sorting the parcels. According to the "manager" I had to wait for them to send out an sms before I can collect the parcel. I asked them to just give me the parcel, as there were 5 staff members in the shop, not doing anything, at the time, with no customers and they still refused to help me. So, there is not personalized service. When I asked to speak to the owner of the outlet, I was told that they are not allowed to pass the owners information to customers.By 11H35 i have still not received an SMS to collect my parcel.

Postnet does not know where my Package is.
Your service is really bad as you do not even know where your customers package are after 12 days. I have been calling and went into the store and still you do not even care as you do not know where my package is that was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Even today no one can tell me where it is. I want answers today
