DO NOT USE Postnet's PARTIAL COURIER SERVICE. I sent a parcel on 24 Oct 2016 and as of 29 Nov 2016 it has not arrived in New Zealand.My Postnet branch sent it courier to the UK SERVICE PROVIDER and the service provider from there can give no other details other than the package left on 25 October to New Zealand. No shipment number , no mode of delivery, nothing. My package has apparently vanished into thin air as if it never existed.
"As I said there is no tracking on these items, All that they could tell me is that the shipment left on the 25/10/2016.
I can give you their number but I am not allow to, We are the only ones that are allowed to phone them, and I think that they will advise you to contact us, but I have already done what I could, for there is no tracking numbers."
Have lost faith in the POSTNET brand for using USELESS SERVICE PROVIDERS and then shifting blame.

Iv been waiting since last week thursday for a parcel that was suppose to be here the next day do you people even know what express services mean very bad service you didn't even and can't provide me with a tracking number

I want to compliment the owner of Postnet Lynnwood. Jane Grimn.
My parcel was send from the Pretoria North Postnet to them wrongly. (Not my fault) It should have gone to Midstream. Jane went out of her way to help me get it closer to my client. I really appreciate it allot.
