It is with pride that I write this review today. Still feels like a nightmare that my brother Robbie Bailey passed away so suddenly in October 2013 and we will miss him forever. When I arrived in Cape Town from Jo'burg I did not know where to start with arrangements for his funeral. He cancelled his funeral policy 2 years ago and therefore I had to start from scratch. When I made contact with the office in Maitland, Ockert offered to assist me personally. I had no transport as Robbie's Merc was not in good condition. Ockert visited me in Robbie's apartment in Greenpoint with a new policy, brochures and prices. He really made it easy to plan everything as I had limited time to arrange everything in a short space of time. After I signed the contract the deal was done. The next week on the day of the funeral, Ockert and the Lady Driver with the family car was so kind and supportive!! we could depend on them totally and will really recommend Avbob's service to anybody. Your company is doing a super job and we appreciate everything you do for families like ours in time of sorrow!! We say thank you to all! Keep up the good work, God will bless you for it.
